Readings and follow-up questions. If your reading doesn't land, tell us within 30 days of your order and we refund it in full. No questions, no forms: write to thequietcards@gmail.com. This applies to one-time readings, the initial payment of 30-Day Reading Access, Deep Dive add-ons, priority delivery and paid follow-up questions.
30-Day Reading Access renewals. Renewal payments are not covered by the automatic 30-day refund above. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, or something went wrong, contact us and we'll review your request. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges; the access you've already paid for stays open until the end of that period. See our Subscription Policy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them. When a payment is refunded, the access it paid for ends.
If what you wrote tells us the cards aren't the right place for your situation, we don't write a reading and we refund your order automatically.
