This policy explains how 30-Day Reading Access from The Quiet Cards (thequietcards.com) works as a subscription. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What you get

• An initial tarot reading for one connection: three cards drawn from a complete 78-card deck, with up to three of your questions, interpreted around the situation you describe.
• Follow-up questions about that same connection while your access is active. Each answer builds on the same draw and on what you've shared.
• To protect the service from automated or abusive use, we may briefly pause new questions if many are sent in a short time. This never ends your access or changes what you pay.

Recurring billing

30-Day Reading Access is a subscription. You pay the price shown on the page and at checkout when you order, and it renews automatically every month at that same price, charged to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel. There is no free trial and no hidden renewal: the renewal price and frequency are shown before you pay.

If we ever change the renewal price, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason. Sign in to your account at thequietcards.com/account with the email you used at checkout, open your subscription and cancel it. You can also update your payment method there. Or write to us at thequietcards@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future charges. The access you've already paid for stays open until the end of that period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, it may be retried. If it can't be collected, your subscription doesn't renew and your access ends after the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

If your first reading doesn't feel right, tell us within 30 days of your order and we'll refund it. For renewal payments, contact us and we'll review your request; if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, write to us as soon as you notice. See our Refund Policy. When a payment is refunded, the access it paid for ends.

Age and purpose

You must be 18 or older to subscribe. Readings are for entertainment purposes.
